Return Policy for SipBombs Cocktail Bombs

Thank you for choosing SipBombs! We want you to love our products, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 10-day return policy from the date you receive your cocktail bomb package. If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to accept returns or offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the cocktail bombs must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns for opened or used products due to health and safety regulations.

Non-returnable Items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Opened cocktail bombs

  • Items that have been consumed or used

  • Custom or personalized items

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your cocktail bombs for a different flavor or product, please follow the same process as a return. Once the returned item is received, we will help you place a new order for your desired product.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at carinosinnovations@gmail.com to initiate the return process.

  2. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our team will guide you with the return instructions and send you a return label if applicable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at carinosinnovations@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged item. We will gladly provide a replacement or issue a full refund.
